Product Introduction

This plastic profile production line can be equipped with either a single-screw or a conical twin-screw extruder, making it suitable for producing various plastic profiles such as PVC plastic-steel door and window profiles, PVC decorative profiles, and PP/PE special-shaped profiles. The products are dense and dimensionally stable, widely used in applications like doors and windows, railings, decorative moldings, and matching engineering accessories. The entire production line consists of an extruder, profile-specific molds, a vacuum sizing table, a spray cooling tank, a haul-off machine, a cutting machine, and a material rack, ensuring synchronized control, stability, and high dimensional accuracy of the products. The manufacturer provides a one-stop service including installation and commissioning, formula and process guidance, and technical training.

Process flow

Raw material feeding → Extruder plasticization → Profile mold extrusion and forming → Vacuum sizing table sizing and cooling → Haul-off and conveying → Fixed-length cutting → Finished product material rack stacking
