Product Introduction
This recycling granulation production line can be equipped with either a single-screw extruder or a parallel twin-screw extruder, suitable for cleaning and melt granulation of waste plastics such as PE, PP, and PVC, including the recycling and regranulation of materials like films, woven bags, plastic bottles, and scrap. The complete equipment includes feeding, forced feeding, extrusion plasticization, hydraulic screen changing filtration, water-pulling strand/water-cooling pelletizing, dehydration air drying, and finished product storage. It features a high degree of automation, excellent impurity filtration, and uniform, bright granules. The manufacturer provides a one-stop service including equipment installation and commissioning, process guidance, and technical training.
Process flow
Forced feeding → Single-screw/Parallel twin-screw melt plasticization → Hydraulic screen changing filtration → Die head extrusion → Strand pulling (water ring) pelletizing → Centrifugal dehydration and air drying → Finished product granule storage
