Product Introduction
This production line is a single-screw extrusion plastic pipe production equipment, compatible with various polyolefin raw materials such as PE, PP, and PERT, capable of stably producing plastic pipes with specifications ranging from 16 to 630 mm. The equipment is equipped with an optional high-precision temperature control module, featuring sensitive response and precise control. The extrusion discharge is stable and uniform, ensuring controllable wall thickness and roundness of the pipes. PERT pipes possess excellent heat resistance and creep resistance, making them widely used in scenarios such as underfloor heating water supply, municipal water supply and drainage, and engineering water transport. The entire machine utilizes PLC centralized control and variable frequency speed regulation, supporting long-term continuous production. It also supports customization of different specifications and configurations based on customer needs. The factory provides a full suite of services including on-site installation and commissioning, process guidance, and technical training.
Process Flow
Automatic vacuum feeding → Material drying and mixing → Single-screw melting extrusion → Die head forming → Vacuum sizing and cooling → Segmented spray cooling → Traction conveying → Online diameter measurement → Fixed-length cutting → Finished product stacking
