Product Introduction
This production line adopts a conical twin-screw extruder as the main unit, specifically designed for the production of PVC bamboo-wood fiber wall panels and integrated wall panels. The panels are waterproof, moisture-proof, flame-retardant, and formaldehyde-free, widely used for indoor wall and ceiling decoration, and suitable for both residential and commercial projects. The production line includes units such as the extruder, molds, vacuum forming table, traction, and cutting. Optional equipment includes film coating, back adhesive, punching machines, and robotic palletizing. It features stable automation, smooth panel surfaces, and precise dimensions. The manufacturer provides a one-stop service including installation and commissioning, formula development, and technical training.

Product Advantages
